Gyro calibration problems

HI

My fixed wing layout is set up for my old PX4 to point to a wing tip. I switch to the 2.1 and now after calibration vehicle pitch shows as roll in Mission Planner 1.3.48 and Arduplane 3.7.1.

Do I really gotta redo the whole layout for this plane or make a new carrier for the 2.1?
