I RUN THIS COMMAND ON MY RPI3
raspivid -t 0 -h 720 -w 1280 -fps 30 -hf -b 2000000 -o - | gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src device=/dev/video0 ! video/x-h264,width=1280,height=720,framerate=30/1 ! h264parse ! rtph264pay ! udpsink host=192.168.100.247 port=5600
and i get error
