Gremsy Pixy WE not working with 4.3.5

I have a new Gremsy Pixy WE with firmware 7.7.3 which is not working with arducopter 4.3.5. Everything is set up according to this page

Gremsy serial 2 is connected to Telem 2 port on Cube orange (Tx-Rx, Rx-Tx,GND-GND, Vcc wire is not connected).
I get “mount not healthy” error message (repeatedly).
Gimbal works well (doing the stabilizing work with Wiris Enterprise camera); when disconnected from Cube its status LED is green, when connected to Cube it is blue. Log file is here:

I have the same issue with Gremsy PIXY WE with firmware 7.7.3 and arducopter 4.3.4.
I have checked connection properly but "mount not healthy " message appears .

Hi, I got the same problem. So, I’ve changed the parameter MNT2_TYPE = 4 " for SToRM32" after rebooting the autopilot; the gimbal worked.( I’m working with Gremsy T3V3)

The problem is solved . I contacted Gremsy support and they gave a new firmware which works with arducopter 4.3 and above .

Could you please post the new firmware you received.
Gremsy is still listing the 7.7.3 f/w here DOWNLOAD - GREMSY PRODUCT SUPPORT

Anywhere to get that firmware?

We just had this issue as well and were sent new firmware (7.8.2 preview) after contacting Gremsy Support. I’ve zipped and attached the .hex.
