GPS RTK Here3+ rtk float mode

Hello everyone, to give context I have a Pixhawk flight controller, two Sik 433mHz telemetry radios and the Here3+ RTK GPS. The problem I currently have is that I followed the steps in the instructions for the RTK option, however when I put it into practice the device is intermittent, the rover’s GPS signal varies too much between GPS 3DFix and rtk float and I don’t know what to do to maintain the rtk float mode of the gps. I configured the CANBus port for correct operation but the same problem continues to occur, what can I do about it? Thank you very much in advance for your time.

the M8P just a poor gps recevier unfortunately it cant hold rtk fix.
