On the way back home with RTL the copter goes down for landing approx 20 meters wrong. If tha cause is GPS Glitch, is it hardware fault on GPS modul or weather condition as the most likely cause ??

There is a number of different errors that are logged as simply “GPS Glitch”. It is likely not a hardware issue. GPS is far from being reliable with consumer-grade receivers. Multi-path signals being reflected off other things can easily cause 20m position error. I’ve seen survey-grade units show 20 m/s ground speed with the unit stationary before. The closer you get to the ground, the less accurate it is.
