Gps config u-blox error

Anyone see this one:
Info: GPS 1:u-blox navigation rage configuration 0x1FFF

I see some older threads, but this is on 4.3 copter. Flies, but won’t go into position hold mode. Position seems correct. Tracks flight on GCS. Just won’t kick into any flight mode that requires GPS. TIA.

Following some of the leads on other posts, it appears the issue was a bad connector on the Rx line. Once this was replaced, it would go into position hold mode.
