GPS alt lower than reality

Coming back to topic: reprinted a bit sturdier arms (can’t get CF), but noticed different quirk:
Flight log says in particular stage of flight, altitude was 4.5 m AGL. At the same moment, FPV video footage with FC telemetry recorded 11 m AGL.
How is it that the FPV reports different altitude to the logging ?

Have you got a log of that?
A related paremeter is:
DEV_OPTIONS,2
which uses Alt above home for OSD instead of AMSL

Ok, so maybe the DroneLogBook website’s flight analysis interprets altitude weirdly, because I loaded into plot.adrupilot.org, and the recorded altitude is a bit closer to the FPV (max baro = 12.17m, FPV = 13m).
Though I see at the start, sitting on the ground, getting armed, there’s a difference between GPS and Baro. Why baro altitude does not set itself to zero AGL at the point of arming ?

Log attached.

Baro altitude is very closely aligned to GPS altitude.
The dip in baro altitude at take off and landing is from prop-wash when you are on the ground - not much you can do about that.
