Hi,

Is it possible to speed up the time it takes for the MAV to fall into fail-safe when it loses ground station connection? I can see it’s configure to 5 seconds however I would like it to trigger after 2 seconds?

I think you’ll need to edit the code for that. But remember if you make it too short it will likely trigger false positives.

I solved this issue without custom firmware. I use the RC fail-safe feature in conjunction with the GCS fail-safe. The RC fail-safe triggers in a second so when comms drops the UAV goes fail-safe. Seems to be working quite well.
