FW Upgrade 3.3.3 > 3.4.x

Hi Group, Pixhawk >> 2.4.6 platform refers

I want to upgrade from 3.3.3 to the current stable client >> 3.4.6 ?
Do one have to somehow erase the 3.3.3 first, if so, how to erase it?
Or do one just continue via MP and download/install the FW as per usual?

Likewise, if I want to downgrade from 3.4.6? to 3.3.3,
what is the correct procedure, if any?

Just upgrade by flashing 3.4.6 parameters will be renamed, and PID scaled properly automatically.
