Its not just pitch acting up. I am starting to suspect the transmitter. I’m using a Taranis X9D Pro.
I need to find the correct settings for that.
There is no Taranis X9D Pro. But in any case you reverse pitch on the Outputs screen.

It’s not just pitch that is screwed up.
In my params I have these set:
RCMAP_PITCH,1
RCMAP_ROLL,2
RCMAP_THROTTLE,3
RCMAP_YAW,4
…and the Taranis is configured the same (ie: channel 1 is pitch and so on)
Then rerun the RC calibration, paying attention to mode1/mode2 option and remember to maove all other switches, sliders and pots.
Thank you. I tried that and in RC setup it shows Pitch and Roll switched.
I seem to have my pitch and roll channels opposite to defaults - it shouldnt be an issue provided arducopter is set the same as your transmitter.
