Futaba DLPH-1 linking with Autopilot

Hi all,
has anyone had experience with linking up the autopilot with the Futaba DLPH-1? I’ve been playing with it as it has servo power dual redundancy which i’d need in the tail sitter quad I’m working on.

As far as my knowledge goes DLPH-1 decodes the receiver signals like the autopilot, so i’m sorta in a fix - The best solution i have thought of is to run a parallel output from the receiver where i’ll use the autopilot to run the ESCs and the DLPH-1 to run the servos…
