Fully autonomous boat with LIDAR+ SONAR

I want to use bluerobots nagivator as a controller.

I want to use RPLIDAR C1 as lidar and bluerobots ping 2 as sonar.

I would like to use sonar to check for grounding and lidar to avoid environmental factors (lighthouse, garbage, boat).

Do you think I can do this with these products? I am close to this product family in terms of budget.
