Hi, is it possible to connect a safety switch to the FlyWoo F745 AIO BL_32 board with standard ArduCopter FW?

If you set HAL_GPIO_PIN_SAFETY_IN in the hwdef to a GPIO output I think you can use that. Would require a firmware recompile.
