Flying wing with 4 in 1 esc and taulabs sparky 2?

I am planning to make a flying wing with a taulabs sparky 2 with a flitetest versa 2 wing with a detachable power pod with contra rotating propellers, just put two motors on opposite sides. However, I only have a 4 in 1 esc. How do I make it so only two motors are used?

Only connect two motors, leave the other two open.

4in1 ESC’s are just 4 discreet ESC’s on one board…

Yes, but I was worried that Ardupilot would wonder why 2 motors are missing, b/c Bl-Heli ESCs might communicate the type of ESC causing ardupilot to do some action
