Flying the drone indoor using optical flow and LiDAR through NED coordinates

Greetings
I have recently bought the MTF-01 (optical flow and LiDAR sensor) to fly the drone indoors using NED coordinates commands without the GPS. So that I can fly it autonomously with predefined x,y, and z commands. For example, I want to write a code to make the drone take off go forward for 2 meters then land without the use of the joysticks or the RC. Is this kind of mission possible with the use of the MTF-01? sensor or do I need something sort of like the Intel Realsense T265 ?
