Flying fpv in USA

Hello. I’m going to relocate to USA (for a some time) and there is a question about legality of fpv flying.
I know fpv flying for hobby pilot is legally oblt when observer person is present.
Is any legally ways to fly fpv in US without an observer?

We all do. And well beyond line if site. Just be sensible and fly in non urban areas, stay away from commercial aviation, and you should be fine.
