Flight Modes, Additional Channel

I recently hooked up my 6th channel on my quad to my HobbyKing HK T6a V2.
It shows up on mission planner radio calibration via my variable #2 dial. My Variable #1dial already
controls the various flight modes per channel 5.
Question is: Can I somehow enable Ch 6 and Variable 1 to also do flight modes and how would I do
that as it doesn’t show up on the flight mode panel on Mission Planner.
