The joystick functionality in apm planner 2.0 seems a little iffy and I was wondering if anyone has come up with a workaround that enables you to trigger flight modes with either keystrokes or midi note/cc messages. I like how I can program all the different flight modes using a joystick/game controller in Mission Planner on a windows machine. I would be psyched if I could do this on my mac. Currently, in the mac os environment, I’m seeing only very basic joystick functionality with apm 2.0.1.8b2
I think by iffy you mean experimental. Aa developer seems interested in this feature at the moment and is making some changes. Adding a way of selecting functions for the buttons is definitely desired. We can raise this as an enhancement request and go from there. Thx
