Flight mode changed failed to mode loiter

HI, i have a problem with my quadcopter when i switch mode from stabilize to loiter mode my copter can’t hold position and automaticly land,when i see log data my gps is good condition,…in the last time i have crash(cause battry low in auto mode and i dont make failsafe battry in this time) its cause this problem happend
