Can an older APM 2.8 flight controller be used for an antenna tracker?
Not worth the trouble.
you might run into trouble with it only accepting mavlink 1 and using 5v serial so it can cause damage to anything that uses 3.3v voltage levels like esp32 esp8266 or most stm32 based controllers. other than that it should work .
