Flight Controller Calibration

I just completed a rebuild of my Cheerson CX-20 running ArduCopter 3.1.2 by designing my own frame and simply lifting the electronics from the original to my new airframe. I am also lifting a Mobius camera with 2-axis gimbal with it.

Is there any configuration I should do/redo on either the flight controller or escs? Currently I haven’t done anything and it seems to fly fine.
