First flight test fail

Hello,

I’ve built a new X8 copter with a Pixhawk 2.4.8 and I am trying to get it to fly. I’ve tried having the first test flight, but I struggle to even get the copter to leave the ground. As you can see in the video, when I give thrust to the copter it’s trying to roll over (counterclockwise when looking from the back of the copter).
I’ve checked and my calibration is fine, before the flight the FC registers as level.

Besides the video, attached also are the flight log and parameter tree.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

You need to check the motor order, motor rotation and prop rotation. One of those is wrong.

Then, take it outside and get rid of the tethers. Those are always trouble. And your link is not a log file.
