I can really recommend working through the entire WIKI on VTOL. For tuning especially Tuning Process Instructions ā Plane documentation.
Then it should already be able to hover in calm conditions. I then ran the LUA-Autune script.
For fixed-wing flight, you also need to be familiar with Arduplane.
