Hi all, can anyone help me determine if I have correctly set my notch filters? I have set the frequency as 165Hz and 2 harmonics.

Looks like you overdid the amplitude. It created valleys in the place where you had peaks. You do not want valleys. All you want is for it to be flat.
Valleys cause unnecessary phase lag. Phase lag are delays that may cause instability.
