While getting near to fence, copter banks left to right and right to left .Also oscillates more during the motion.
If RTL is Triggered stil the copter banking with high oscillation.
Please post a .bin log from the flight during which the issue occured.
And update to ArduCopter 4.4.3. You seam to be using ArduCopter 4.0.x
