Apologies if this has been covered already…I have searched but nothing quite answers my proble.
I have a 550 assynmetric quad with an APM 2.8 and a FrSky D8R-ll plus flashed for CPPM, and am using a Taranis plus.
In attempting to setup failsafe, the pwm on MP shows virtually a midpoint throttle value (1482) when the Tx is switched off.
Can anyone explain why this should be please and how to correct this.

Do you have the Failsafe mode set for Hold? If so set it to No Pulses.
