MAVFTP was working fine until for no apparent reason I start getting this message on boot. Parameters are loaded but it takes much longer. The last thing I did before this started happening was adjusting the Log mask, then disconnected MP and USB before disconnecting the battery (usually I power down in the opposite order). Otherwise nothing unusual. The Failed to initialize MAVFTP message appeared on the next and subsequent boots. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Generally this is because it can’t allocate the RAM required to run FTP. Try turning some stuff off to recover that. Once easy thing to do is reduce the log buffer size.
