Failed to connect to SITL instance

Hi, i have running Mission Planner on linux and found that SITL cant run. It give me error “Failed to connect to SITL instance” and in terminal it print “xdg-open: unexpected option ‘-Mplane’”. Can someone help with this?

Just use qgroundcontrol or apmplanner2 …it just works.

Cant qgroundcontrol/apmplanner do SITL?

SITL in MP is windows only.

unless you compile SITL yourself
