Failed to connect to SITL instance error

Hi everyone,
When I try to connect missionplanner with xplane, I get the error “Failed to connect to SITL instance”. When I connected yesterday there was no problem but today I have been getting this error since morning.

Can anyone help?

I have the same problem with Copter sitl today…

I had a windows update this morning, probably broke it again.

Nevermind, doesn’t work on my not windows updated machine either

I have the same issue as well. I posted here.

Se my answer to Jon, there is a commit in ardupilot master which broke SITL. It will be fixed soon.
