Is the radius around an airport an inherent exclusion zone (cannot fly in the red circle on MP map)?

Here in Australia it’s CASA.
Usually such areas are no fly zones for hobby drones. In some countries certain exceptions are possible especially when using drones with a commercial licence.
I believe in the US an App is available where all the details are available and permits can be applied for via the app. - But this requires account registration first.
Other countries, like Australia, have advisory apps only. (More advanced app in testing stage) Those are free to download and you can check any location you intend to fly at for any restrictions that may apply on the date & time applicable…
