ESC temp logs - Celsius or Fahrenheit? Also strange glitch

Are temp logs in C or F?

I’m also wondering what would cause this

This is a BLHeli32 4 in 1 ESC. When I look at the ESC after a flight with my IR cam it’s about 120f.

the temperature is in °C
