I have been having this issue for about 2 weeks now, which is the ESC motors just would not work at all when connecting to the actual Pixhawk 2.4.8 flight controller. All the motors are calibrated, as I did the one-by-one calibration by plugging the motors into my FrSky R8 Pro receiver. When doing that, the motor I plugged into the receiever responded to the transmitter perfectly, and worked. However, plugging it back into the flight controller, the motor just did not work. At first I thought it was because the controller had to be disarmed, but even when I armed the drone, the motors did not spin or respond. Also, in Mission Planner, when trying Motor Test, none of the motors spun, although there was a buzzing sound every time I clicked test motor. Any suggestions on why my motors aren’t responding to my actual flight controller?
Sounds like a configuration problem. Post the parameter file.

How you calibrated your ESC with your RC-receiver. Only plug in or some adjustments / procedure afterwards.
Maybe now the zero throttle value is different and the ESC needs the first to detect the programmed zero throttle value.
I already changed the range of servo values from 1100 to 1900 to 1000 to 2000, but this still didn’t do anything. Or did you mean something else?
You didn’t answered my question
From your PARAMs I can see the minimum RC input levels are below the minimum Servo output levels.
Why you calibrated your ESC directly connected to the RC receiver and not via your FC.
Did you noticed this:

I calibrated my ESCs the exact same way mentioned in the article (Manual ESC-by-ESC Calibration). When plugged into the RC receiever, I heard all the correct beeps and the ESC motor spun when using the transmitter, which I assume means the ESC was calibrated. I see the article mentions you should first do “All at once calibration” before attempting the other methods, which I did not do in the begininng. However, I tried it right now, and it did not work.
*Also I forgot to mention this but my ESC motors actually worked before, like two weeks ago. I calibrated the ESCs directly to the RC receiver and plugged it back into the FC, and they responded perfectly with no problem. However, the next day, even though nothing was touched, it just stopped working.
