ESC getting hot

one of my ESCs (30A blheli) is super hot both at input and output stage (cables are at normal temp) in disarmed state. only battery (3s 1300mah) connected. all 3 ESCs are normal. motors are also normal

when i arm and fly drone, it is fine though some tuning needed. but im concerned about ESC heating in disarmed state

Open blheli suite or configuration and check all 4 escs settings are same or not (i prefer blheli suite)
