ESC Calibration in AC3.4 . Is it change a bit?

Hi All

When i start calibrating ESCs in AC3.4 ,

1. Put throttle at high , power on Radio .
   2)Connect battery to my quadcopter
2. RGB leds blinking.
3. THEN when i recycle the power “there is no long beep” .
   Is it normal?

I then press the safety switch , hear two beeps and down the throttle.

Is it normal that there is no long beep after repowering battery.
