Error at Param gen / No text for flightmodes

MP latest from yesterday on Win10:

I have no parameter descriptions in Full Parameter List and no text for flightmodes in setup. Param gen throws the following error:

mp_latest_param_gen
mp_latest_flightmodes

Partial solution: the file ParameterMetaData.xml in Documents was about 787 kB in size The backup file in the MP program directory was over 3 MB. If I copy it into Documents, the parameter descriptions are available again including the flightmode names. If I start Param gen again, the above error message appears again and the parameterMetaData.xml is shrunk and the problem is back …

just for others reading this, to fix this sort of issue do a

Setup > Advanced > and click Param Gen.

this will recreate the bad ParameterMetaData.xml in Documents
