Engine shutoff in auto mode (ICE_ENABLE )

I have a small wooden petrol engine , in the basic tuning i keep the (Min %= 30 & Max %=100)
the problem is in Auto mode when it go to the min value engine shutoff .

but when i keep the min 60% it work but it cant decrease the speed.

any suggestion to fix this problem ??

this parameter ICE_ENABLE = 0 is this parameter related to the issue ?
