ELRS bug in channel 5 as flight mode [solved, not a bug]

I am using ELRS sending rc link to telem2.
Realised when I set channel 5 as flight mode. My 3 pos toggle on my controller first and second position send out 999us and 3rd position it shows 2000us.

I thought its my controller issue, took 3 hours to rectify then when I change the flightmode to channel 6, the same switch. Strangely it worked. Is it a bug with ardupilot? Seems like problem isn’t with my controller?

Btw it works ok with channel 5 with my analog controllers rclink into rc-in.

ELRS channel 5 is a two position channel and should be used for arming. If you don’t use it for arming, recommend you switch it high for flight anyway, as it is a flag to enable in-flight features.
