Can someone tell me why in automatic flight mode (after takeoff), the elevons take that position? Shouldn’t they be up?

What do you mean by after takeoff? Does the plane pitch down after take off? Or do you mean after take off mode?
What does the plane do when you select RTL? Do you have a mission programmed in? Have all the calibrations been done?
I guess what I"m saying is there could be lots of reasons why it’s doing it.
