EKF3 core 1 not healthy

Hello everyone,
I did an autotune in Roll and landed, After that I changed autotune param for pitch axis. When I rebooted the quad it showed “Accels Inconsistent” , “EKF3 core not healthy” followed by “AHRS waiting for home”. I rebooted couple of times and then it stopped showing “Accels Inconsistent” and EKF error but AHRS waiting for home error was still there. I had calibrated the accelerometer before starting this autotune process.
Can anyone please help me understand what might have happened?


Imu temperature calibration might help a lot.

And ArduPilot methodic configurator software can help with that and some more. Without having to install nor run python
