EKF Primary Changes, In Flight

EKF primary changed, in flight – during the issue UAV couldn’t hold the altitude and yaw, this issue happened several time, baro issue is found in log, but couldn’t find the issue of yawing (in spite of setting external compass as primary) log is attached below: <[log]
Can you please help me for finding what is the actual issues!
