EK3_gps_type not available in Pixhawk1 Copter V4.4.3

Hello,
I have a Pixhawk mini 3dr and I just installed the Pixhawk1 firmware. I’m trying to disable the GPS using mission planner (MP): online discussions show that I should put EK3_gps_type=3 (= Inhibit GPS use) but I can’t find it in the full parameter list. Any suggestion on why I can’t find it? Is there an equivalent parameter?
