Effect of rare earth magnets on compass and controller

Hi All
Does anyone know the effects of a symmetric static magnetic fields on a compass (APM 2.6) and external GPS. My distance is about 5 1/2" from the magnets to the flight controller and about 7" to the compass.
There are 4 sets inducing the same magnetic field at all times.

Any thoughts ??? Can the magnetic field be nulled out with software settings?

thanks for the inputs but I think I forgot to mention its not the magnetic field created by the power wires of the ESC or the magnets of the motors but magnets that I want to use for quick disconnect for the landing gear, thus the reason it is a static magnetic field.
