Dual motor Tail-sitter VTOL trying to test fixed wing part

We made a dual motor tail-sitter VTOL.First we want to try fixed wing part ad threw it like that.We did it many times and always it goes left or right side.We checked the center of gravity and it’s fine.Maybe motors dont’t compose the same thrust when we use propellers.We want to test it but we don’t know how to do it.We use two esc and we are not sure they calibrated at the same time.How can we calibrate both of them correctly? I want to control this progresses first.We are not sure the problem is this can you check the parameters also if the problem is something else can you help me please?

What flight mode where you flying in?
Maybe a dumb question, but did you check motor order?

motor orders are true we checked them.We fly in stabilize mode.
