Dual compass calibration issue APM P?

Hi Bill

re- “Hi Richard, the current version of APM Planner (2.0.14) doesn’t work with 3.2-rcx - it doesn’t calibrate both the compasses (previous 3.1 only used a single compass). There’s a fix in for the next release:”

A fellow flyer posted the above with regards to an issue I have trying the latest beta of copter which is it keeps failing compass pre-arm checks. I have the latest copter beta 3.2 rc7 but still have the pre-arm check problem even after many compass re-cal and pixhawk re-boots. I’ve had two separate gps / external compasses on. The compass id’s are correct as per Randy so I’m at a dead end. Is there any chance it’s an issue with APM P?? I do have he latest beta APM P. Just trying to rule out possibilities. Thank you.

if you go to the APM Planner 2.0 Config box and check the 'Enable Beta Release Updates" you should be prompted to update to 2.0.15-rc1 which has support for APM support for multiple compasses.

Hope that helps
