Can you share the .bin log from that flight or the last flight where the Here4 gave issues mid-flight.

No, its fixed with the stock double side tape which we get with here4 , that tape is fiber tape i applied just for safety
But thts not the issue earlier it was on stand and it still has the same error, shall i update it as per here4 cube pilot site
Did u check the video the gps no of satellites just went to 0 from 32 instantly and ekf 3 some error came and it went to land mode and lands. Earlier i was having problem with excess vibrations so i added rubber standoffs between the frame and fc mounted on damping mount so it has a very good result with the excess vibrations but still autotume says failing to level but any how i did it manually and now im having this same gps issue again. Even though i bought a new here 4 and installed that too shows same and so the pixhawk cube too
There’s plenty of satellites reported and a good HDOP, but quite a few errors reported by the GNSS unit.
The configuration and parameters all look good to me - I would suspect the Here4 is faulty and needs to be replaced. Refer your supplier to this discussion if there is any push-back, or supply that .bin log.

You either zip the files manually, or configure the system until the end and the software will create one for you.
interesting, is there a possibility the air density changes drastically at your location for different altitudes? or the foldable propeller performance is inconsistent at different times.
Dont know while flying the altitude suddenly dropped by few meters im still figuring out the reason especially with payload of 2kgs while in speed it maintains constant altitude but when i suddenly stops it loses altitude this happens twice
Check out steps 11 and 12 in the Methodic Configurator that was suggested earlier.
@Allister I think he is having Baro issues. And he needs to complete basic 1.7, minimalistic 1.8 and standard tuning 1.9 before he can procced to 1.10 Improve altitude under windy conditions (optional)
Today i went for flying it seems good yesterday after the vibrations got minimal and quick tuned it … auto tune still doesnt works well says to tune it manually failing to level… i tested with a brick hanging with a string on a servo…do you think this happened due to speed becoz i was in speed and then i suddenly left the pitch control and recentered it suddenly is this the reason the brick swing so hard and also i noticed in high speed if i suddenly leave the pitch stick recentered the drone breaking is aggressive

Yes…my here4 was faulty i bought a new one and it worked just ryt out of the box
I flew it again after checking all the props and motors and frame was good and only landing gear broke so took off and checked the stability just the loiter breaking is aggressive i think .
What i was doing was like pitching full stick forward and then when it gains speed for eg 5-7m/s i was leaving the pitch stick centered suddenly… does this happens if we do this ?
Is a pendulum effect where quick tune and autotune will never know, and can never solve.
you may have to consider reducing it, for example, not the best. you have to further think about it and how to reduce the pendulum effect.
