Drone Crashes on Takeoff

I built this custom drone and unable to make it fly.
I am using f405 flight controller with 4 in 1 50 A blheli_S ESC with 1400 Kv motors and 8045 propellers.
I have checked the motor and propeller orientation and found it correct. I have already done the ESC calibration as per the guide.

Please help me identify and resolve the issue.

The tuning parameters (ATC_*) look really strange to me. I would suggest resetting them to default and then follow How to methodically tune (almost) any multicopter using ArduCopter 4.4.x

Also, are those arms 3d printed? If so, they may not be stiff enough.
