Drone crashed. Was it a Hardware or a configuration issue?

Hello,

Requesting review of log for my drone which recently faced two crashes.

FC : Cube orange Plus.
FW : Arducopter v4.5.7.
Configuration : Quad.

So what happed is my friend was having initial testing, he just finished Manual tuning and was rigorously testing vehicle, while testing it faced a crash, reason is still a ''X" factor, i’m uploding log files of the flight.

Thank You

Did you use ArduPilot Methodic Configurator to correctly configure it?
Did you follow Hardware best practices ?

They have an access requirement, remove that.

Hii dave @dkemxr

Please check it once.

Thank you

Have you ruled out the possibility of an ESC desync?

My guess at this point is hardware.

For most of the flight the current flow generally tracks the motor outputs. However at the end the FC is requesting maximum output but the current flow is dropping. This suggests that the motors weren’t following suit.

The motors are PWM, so there’s no data to track that any deeper.

Regarding the tune, I suggest you follow the link provided above and use the Methodic Configurator. There are steps missed, and is room for improvement.
