Drone Crashed Immediately After Arming

I was testing my VTOL drone running ArduPlane, and as soon as I armed the drone, it crashed immediately. It happened very fast, and I couldn’t tell what exactly caused it.

There is a possibility that I may have raised the throttle by mistake, but I am not sure if that actually happened since everything happened too quickly. This is my first time working with this setup, so I would really appreciate any help in understanding what went wrong.

That’s easy enough to check in the log and you did.

Auto Analysis is useless being long out of date.
Check that the motor order and direction is correct for the Frame Type.

so it was the throttle that caused the crash right?

No. Raising the throttle should obviously cause the craft to lift-off if it’s configured correctly.
