Drone ascend mavlink command

Hi!

Does anyone here know if there’s a mavlink command that can be used to ask a drone to ascend by a certain height in Loiter mode?

Also, just to clarify, if i send rc override commands with the throttle field = 0 (return to rc) while the drone is in Land mode, will the drone ignore that and still continue to land?

To control the height you need to be in guided mode.
