Droidplanner 2 3dr Radio no connection

Hi folks! Newbie here! When I plug my 3dr radio in to my OTG cable tablet asks to open Droidplanner 2 but when I hit connect it never connects. Any ideas? Am I missing something?

Got it to work! I was reading about mavlink hub app so I installed it to see if it would help and it did. Evidently mavlink hub installed some driver that now allowed the ground station to work! Awesome! Was able to uninstall mavlink hub and it stays working.
